Today was another day with the evacuees. My house is trashed, but instead of cleaning, I went to see the Nightmare Before Christmas in 3D at the movie theater. Very awesome. We went to lunch before hand and Ethan is definitely the messiest eater I’ve ever seen. Jason paid me an amazing compliment. The dogs are fine, but KT’s car is still stuck in Ramona. Hopefully everyone will be able to return tomorrow. The fires are moving out east now threatening other homes. Hopefully the all the fires will be 100% contained by next week.

The messiest eater in the world, Ethan. Note the bib I gave him which did absolutely nothing to prevent him getting pasta all over himself. Somehow, he also got pasta behind his ears.
Drake and Josh is pretty over the top, yet hilarious. Spending so much time with kids lately, I’ve been watching a lot of Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon. Also, I didn’t know the show took place in San Diego (I wonder if they had to evacuate?) I can see why kids are into it. It’s very silly.
KT, Jason and the kids left a little bit ago and I need to start cleaning. It’s nice having Kirsten so close these past few days, but it makes me wish I had my own family. I wish life wasn’t so complicated

YES! They’re all fine. Their house didn’t burn down and were able to return home yesterday. There is no water in the town though, so they have to import water in. Hopefully the water issue will be fixed soon (maybe by next week)
